hi. i want my 14 month daughter to start used to take cow milk. please suggest. she is not taking 50ml of milk also per day. but according to her age she shld consume 500ml per day. this is worring me a lot.

A. hello you should try with small quantity and slowly increase the quantity day by day and yes the baby will require around 500bof milk including all other dairy products also which actually would help in the growth of your child and is safe for the child also
