hi..I taken normaxin tablet and pantop due to gas pain in my stomach by the doctor suggestion before three days...today my baby motioned in green colour i.e in tablet colour...give me suggestion how to take care myself while breastfeeding to reduce my stomach pain...

A. . have all fruits, veggies in your diet. home cooked fresh indian food with indian spices is perfect for breastfeeding mother. most important of all maintain good hydration. drink lots of fluids to avoid constipation in this period. continue taking calcium supplements. limit tea or coffee to 1 to 2 cups per day. avoid aerated drinks. tablet color and poop color are not related.

A. take care of your diet..dont eat heavy meals n outside food..hv ajwain with lukewarm water n add hing in your diet
