Hi I stopped breastfeeding my baby 2 days ago and now I am having pain in my breast and feels very heavy. Is it normal or need to visit a doctor.

Did you stop at once or you did it like slowly quitting out to the breastfeeding because if you have quit immediately or suddenly the body doesn’t know the body still making similar amount of milk that is what you need to write what you are facing with common but in this case regular massage on the breast and hot compress will help also ask your doctor for a medicine to dry up your breastfeed completely
