Hi, I stopped breastfeeding before 3 months but still if I squeeze I m getting milk. But I don't have heaviness or engorgement or any pain. pls suggest what should I do?

A. It will gradually dry up so no need to worry about it and if you have stopped feeding it’s okay and nothing needs to be done and eat a healthy nutritious diet and start done physical exercise in your daily routine
