hi I started giving formula milk from 3 days. but from yesterday started loose motion for him. what can be done

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby 7 months of age if baby is having loose motions use zinconia 5ml 2 times a day along with Waris coconut water to avoid dehydration the baby . .
