Hi I need to know, today I am having fever, I took dolo at noon. So can I feed my breastmilk to her? Is it fine or not?

A. hello dear mum, yes, you can feed your baby in fever or after taking dolo.. not to worry about it. also drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration.
