hi I'm suffering from Lotz of hair fall and gain weight after my delivery.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is very normal due to hormonal changes. and massage your hair with almond and kalaunjee oil. clean with aml shikakai and reetha. also do yoga nd suryanamaskaar to loose belly fat. and have rich fiber and proteins diet. take care
