Q.

Hi, I'm suffering from a postpartum back pain after normal delivery and completing 7 months now. Please let me suggest how to get rid off it?

A. eat protein rich diet. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. have sunbath every morning for half an hour daily. .
