Hi i m still having a back pain n hair problem also please suggest a good n effective solutions

A. Then go for other options like I suggested .. and also sometimes it’s due to lack of vitamins too so consult ur doc once

A. But mam intake of pain killer too much may effect kidney i think so is it or not?

A. Hello ma’am For back pain you can do two things either you can ask your doctor and take a painkiller on a regular basis till the time your pain is not sorted apart from that if you had a normal delivery you can go for a back massage on a regular basis and also you can keep a heat pad or a hot water bottle so that your pain reduces down. For hair I would advise you to start oiling your hair regularly and what ever oil you are using Just at 5 to 7 drops of tea tree oil to it and then applied it will definitely give you good results
