Hi I’m Ramya mother of 4months baby girl, my baby white patchs on face, I visited to doctor, he said it’s normal. Why she is getting white patches?

ExpertDr Priyashree Mukherjee ChakrabortyPaediatrician10 months agoA. These white patches are usually due to dry skin. You need to moisturise your child on routine basis so that there is no scope of any fungal infection. There are many good moisturisers available in the market. You can choose any of them that best suits your child and start moisturising , the white spots will disappear in 2 to 3 months.

And most of the cases why patches are associated with dryness in the skin so you can apply any good cream or lotion or the skin of the child which is what is going to be good enough and you can apply that cream at least 3-4 times in that any good cream or lotion of your choice you can apply
