Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. It is not necessary that u didn't get milk in ur first delivery, it wil be same in the second delivery also.
Once u deliver the baby, milk will start to come automatically. The more u feed the more milk production will be there.
