Q.

hi I'm mother of 20months old baby boy he was passing his stool daily very hard and dry how it's can be cured and what is the diet should be given to my baby?

A. Pani jyada pilao or fiber Vali chij khilao jaise oats Dalia chna corn.. or ek baar dr se consult kr lo dvai dengy to khana sahi se pchegs

A. U Will have to make sure that your child is having really good amount of water and liquids body including whatever liquid your child likes to have and fibre rich diet is very important and also you should see that your child should have proper food as well because when the digestion is also not proper it can lead to constipation issues which is common to try to focus on the sink and start the day of your child with a glass of warm water along with that I do suggest you to include papaya into your child’s daily diet because it is highly rich in fibre it is considered very healthy for constipating issues

A. Reason for hard stool as per doctor advice for my son (2yrs age) Insufficient water intake main reason for hard stool Daily give one fruit juice to ur baby (change it on daily basis) Add bottle gourd in food which contains fiber helps in passing stool and also check which food contains fiber suitable for ur baby Also maintain time gap between feedings/giving food because of their poor digestive system The problem is common to babies but as a parents we cannot see the pain of babies while passing hard stool Regular use digestion syrup twice as per doctor advice
