Hi I'm mother of 1 month 18 days baby boy,he will not poop from 9 th day today is there any problem to him

Tq sir for your response, today we take him to hospital for not stool he gave me a drops like yamoo to feed him with breast milk after that direct feeding here local doc said again baby will have this type only the he want to check the thyroid test to my baby is it necessary to checking baby

it is totally normal for small children less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 10 days also.
it is also normal if they are passing stool more than 6 or 7 times per day.
if the consistency of the stool is Semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as the colour (the colour can range from yellow brown green to black) of the stool.
also straining while passing urine and stool is normal.
Do burping for 15 to 20 minutes
