hi.....I'm Chinnu 's mother ....when I feed my baby with my own milk ,after feeding,with in few mits my baby continuously vomiting.whats the problem. nd every nyt I'm giving milk in sleeping position...is it correct or wrong .any Complications will rise.

He having vomiting and throw ups are common due to stomach reflux and poor digestion second we don’t recommend you to feed the child in the sleeping position because most of the cases has been seen that the milk slides to the ear of the child can lead to infection
