Q.

Hi.. I'm almost 12 weeks pregnant, but i still feel nausea and vomiting whenever i eat. i have tried smaller meals but it doesn't seem to help. sometimes even i drink plain water also i feel like vomiting. can you please suggest something ? any type of fruits or anything that wil help my body ?

A. Have light, healthy, non-greasy meals may try, Pour two to three drops of peppermint oil, lavender oil or ginger oil on your handkerchief and sniff on it. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

A. hi yes it is common to get it. mam ,yes ,along with small and frequent meal I advise to avoid overeating. take couple of bites less than usual. take very tiny piece of ginger with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice in your mouth whenever you feel like this. or keep tiny piece of elaychi in your mouth.
