Hi..... I’m a nursing mother can I use artificial sweetener to reduce my weight ...will it effect on my milk supply or on my baby???

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 9 yr old boy5 years agoA. Still, it's fine to have a diet drink or artificially sweetened foods now and then. Just be sure they don't take the place of the nutrient-rich foods you need when breastfeeding. The following artificial sweeteners are considered safe to use in moderation when breastfeeding: Aspartame (Equal, NutraSweet).
