hi, I'm a mother of 4m baby. I have got engorged breast along with sore nipples due to baby teething issue. please help with what nipple cream to be used along with any home remedies pls.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, before nursing , just compresses, take warm shower or bath, Apply warm compresses to the swollen area 3-4 times a day for 10-15 minutes. and do breast massage or compression during feedings. Breastfeed often. do apply nip care cream over sore nipples.

You can do hot compress regularly on to your breast that’s going to help and if you have to breastfeed the child you also can use nipple shield because that’s going to protect your nipples and it would be easier for your time to take a feed as well and apart from that you can or regularly apply coconut oil.Write Your Answer Here
