Q.

Hi, I'm a mother of 20 day old baby. From birth, my baby is unable to suck milk from me which lead to formula feed. Is it a cause of concern if my baby is unable to such milk from breasts? what should I do?

A. take a help from your paediatrician and lactation nurses..they will teach you correct way of positioning and attachment over breast..it's not that late ..baby can still learn to latch on breast provided you are following correct methods..formula can help meanwhile but mother milk is must for immunity and growth..

A. please visit a lactation consultant in ur area and they will help you to sort your problems. baby may not suck well due to positions of breastfeeding or even may have ties.
