Hi, I'm a breast feeding mother of 5 months baby,sometimes i feel one of my breasts empty...but today my both breasts are empty while I'm feeding...i observed that even after 4 hours of breastfeed it wont get fill...why is this happening even though in taking balanced nutritious diet... is it ok for my baby...what should i do to continue exclusive breast feeding for upto completion of 6 months

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mom along with healthy and nutritional diet have lactation tablet have shatrvati Grind Cumin seeds fennel seeds and Mishri make powder of it and take this powder three times
a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits
have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby.
