Hello mom, it a commercial form of yogurt but it is always better to have home made and anything without any sort of preservatives or artificial flavours, all to be on a safe side . You might be having temptations try to reduce and avoid as much as possible . Make your own flavours yogurt with curds and your favourite fruit at home

It has good bacteria (probiotics) along with good amounts of protein. Incase if you want to replace it with home made foods then you can take lot of hung curd mixed with fruits or fruit pulp
