Q.

Hi i’m 6 weeks postpartum and i’m facing breastfeeding challenge like the flow is very strong so baby coughs and cries while feeding. also i face leakage issue so much that i have to change the nursing bras 3-4 times a day. Due to fast flow baby sucks faster and it leaves my nipples cracked and it pains a lot. Pls suggest what should i do i’m so exhausted and helpless.

A. try pumping milk time to time by this process you can store the excess milk why is overflowing and you can use nipple cream or nipple sheilds these help in healing your cracked nipples.

A. Start using a nipple shield that is to give protection from child by plus it will help in managing the extra and heavy flow that is if you are interested in giving bottle to the child then you can use the breast pump to breastfeed you can also store your feet to offer to the child With the help of a feeding and keep the head of the child and elevated position while feeding the child
