A. Swelling in the stomach during early pregnancy can be due to bloating, fluid retention, or mild inflammation. To reduce it, stay hydrated, eat smaller meals, and avoid gas-producing foods like beans and carbonated drinks. Incorporate fiber-rich foods to prevent constipation and reduce bloating. Gentle exercises like walking can help improve digestion. Avoid salty foods to minimize fluid retention. If the swelling persists or is accompanied by pain, consult your doctor for further evaluation to rule out any serious issues.
