Raja RajaGuardian of a 2 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. during pregnancy it's necessary to increase weight of 2kg per month. but that doesn't mean you're not healthy that you didn't increase weight. increase weight by 8 to 12 kg throughout the pregnancy is normal. but is not same in all pregnancy. each pregnancy is different. even a mother had second pregnancy former is differ from the latter. so no need to worry. eat healthy like nuts have some juices like amla beetroot and so on. happy pregnancy enjoy your pregnancy 😊
