hi.. I m 34 yrs old and 8 week pregnant .we had a scan today but there was no heartbeat. what should we do wait some more or is this a miscarriage?

If it is not a visual then in such case you should definitely consult with your gynaecologist about it because your doctor can only advise you will after examining you and baby and check in your reports. Don’t take any decision till it is not advisable by your doctor
