hi I m 32 years old mother of 4 years girl I had umbilical hernia surgery mesh placement 12days ago, can I sleep on side ways.

You have to clear your doubt with your doctor because if your doctor has not given you any instructions to sleep then you can sleep anywhere other than sleeping on the tummy but if you’re not giving any instructions you need to check with your doctor in the first place
