Q.

Hi , I'm 32 year old and my periods was regular with 28 days cycle till Jan 2022. On Jan I got COVID positive ,so by Feb onwards my periods is getting delay by 32 to 33 cycles (every month on 9th) .what can I do to get back periods on track or I need to consult with doctor

A. get all hormone testing. You can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatmentbest is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get ok
