Hi I m 3 n half old year boy mother my son says he having stomach ache after eating foods (not specific food). I consult a dctr and he prescribed carmicide and nemocide syrup after consuming the medicine also there is no difference and he says a day one or two times only after 5 minutes of eating food. What is the reason for this
