hi I'm 27 years old... past 6 months I'm having like this in my hand.... its not itchy.... why it's come like this pls help me out..

it looks like Infection
so I advise to visit your dermatologist for once.
apply pure aloe vera gel on this.
wear Cotton clothes.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food and citrus fruits.
take bath with warm water and neem leaves.
