Hi - I’m 23 weeks pregnant, the feral weight is 1541 +-79 grams. Is this normal?

Yes for 23 weeks of pregnancy this is okay and as a pregnant pregnancy will proceed the weight gain is going to be happen as per Indian standard also if a child is born with at least minimum of three kgs then it is considered healthy so you have enough time to work on that
