Q.

Hi I'm 14 weeks pregnant. my nt scan says High resistance in both the uterine arteries. doc explained that baby is not getting enough nutrients and oxygen, so suggested ecosprin 150. now my doubt is, is there anything I can do to lower the resistance? and also I just want to know that pregnant ladies with this condition, ever delivered safely like in 9months, not pre term baby?

A. Hello dear! There should be a smooth flow of blood to avoid growth restriction. That is the reason medication is given. Complete the course of treatment as prescribed. Keep your doctor informed about any changes or concerns
