Mam if it is less times that your child is not reacting then it is a it not a problem maybe supposed to out of 10 times if the child is not responding it’s okay but if the child is not responding 8 out of 10 times and there is a problem you need to call your doctor you need to consult a child psychologist I believe there is a understanding delay into the growth of your child
