Hi, I just observed several minute cuts on my 1.2 year old toddler’s palm. Why is that happening?

Mam without an assessment we cannot confirm what maybe the reason is it either due to dryness or some problem in the skin you’ll have to have an assessment with your doctor personally to know and understand currently I would recommend you to apply any good cream regularly on the hands of your child
