Hi,I have two weeks baby and in my nipple is whiteish and too much of pain.I’m using butter and nipcare cream even though I have too much of pain.so could you please suggest me solution.

Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment

Give adequate feeding
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
