Hi. I have twins. One boy and one girl. And they are 5 months old now. I am giving them Aptamil powder and breast milk too. I just want to ask how much time can they sleep without feeding in the night? Bcz sometimes my babies sleep 5-6hrs continuously in the night time. Do I need to wake them up and feed or should I allow them to sleep?

A. Hi Mom, That's fine. If the babies are sleeping well it means that they are full and they can sleep without any disturbance. So allow the babies to sleep. Make sure that if the babies tummies are full before you put them to sleep.
