Q.
Hi... I have twin baby girls with 2.5 years... now they have cough and cold... Dr suggest take nebulizer for 3 days 2 times( 2.5 ns with .5 asthalin and half an hour 2.5 ns with budate)... usually he gave this for my question is this harmfull or not... somebody said in future life they have asma and other problems..pls reply me

you can give nebulization with ns bottle that is normal saline water. this will help in decreasing both dry cough as well as will help in decreasing the mucus present in the throat of the child.
but other nebulization medicines (asthalin, duolin, budecort etc) can be given to your child is decided by the doctor.
so your doctor will decide after examination whether your child needs a nebulization with these medicines or not
thus the maximum nebulization that you can give to the child without medical consultation is with normal saline
it is totally safe and it is not addictive

it is not that much harmful
it helps to cure such infection faster
so please complete it's course as per your doctor's prescription
apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child which also help to cure this.
