Q.

Hi, I have started feeding my daughter 2 days now. blood clot kind of thing is formed in 1 of my nipple !! how to deal with it ? please suggest. can I feed in the same side ? will that blood affect the baby ? it's paining alot

A. Thank you doctor. so till reduce I should feed in that side of the breast right?? if milk gets engorged, what to do ?

A. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment please meet dr

Then you should get a check with your gynaecologist once in a while breastfeeding the child from that side till the time the clot is not subsided or healed completely as that’s not going to be safe for the child if you hear from that one particular site so avoid feeding from that side you can feed the child from the other breast for the time being if you want toWrite Your Answer Here
