Q.
Hi I have short cervix 2.8 and mild funnelling at 21 weeks. Is it something to worry?? My doc suggested bed rest and elevate foot. How much to elevate?? Pls guide me

Ideally speaking you need to put two pillows if they are thin or one large pillow under your feet and rest as much as possible.a value more than 2.5 cm is safe but as there is funnelling better to take rest and not strain even while passing motions.Continue that until your next scanWrite Your Answer Here
