Hi, I have discontinued feeding from last 5 days. M right side brest was getting bigger in size and when I touch it I feel that it is having stone. I have consulted to doctor and she has given me medicine to dry milk as well as given some antibiotics bit still problem is there, my brest is very heavy and still feeling that it is having stone. please advise

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! Due to production of milk and you didn't feed baby the excessive milk produced becomes lump (hard as stone).
Do hot pack or ice pack on breast for 15-20 minutes where you feeling hard and express out the excess milk.
This will reduce the lump and continue medication as prescribed by doctor for pain relief.
