hi I have delivered through c-section, my baby is nine months old and I am breastfeeding mom. I didn't get my periods? is there anything to worry?

A. almost everyone who is fully breastfeeding their babies will be free of menstrual periods for 3 – 6 months or longer. This is called lactational amenorrhea.
