hi i have a 10 month old baby I'm having so much trouble putting her to sleep be it day Or night pls recommend what to do how to put her to sleep she's sleepy but just wouldn't sleep

A. at this age if there is disturbance and sleep it might be due to some type of physical disturbance or due to environmental disturbance. you have to rule out teething pain which might be causing discomfort. see for any gastric problem like gas or digestion problem (constipation/ diarrhoea) due to the food the child might be consuming which might be causing discomfort. you can give feed to the child because sometimes due to hungerx the child might not be able to sleep environmental disturbance like temperature variations which might be either hot or cold weather. change in pillow or mattress. changing place of sleeping can also disturb thex sleep
