Hi I have a 1 month old girl baby how to increase the weight

A. Namaste Mom Babies who's only dietary intake as of now would either be exclusively breast feeding or at times addition of formula milk so if your giving your feed in that case then you have to take care of your diet and prefer to have your intake which should be healthy and filling in nature so that good quality milk can be produced and that would help in weight gain

A. See it is recommended that for first six months of birth you should try to exclusively breastfeed the child and expected weight gain that is seen is 500 g in a month child gain within breastfeeding otherwise you can start formula for overall growth of your child
