Q.

hi I have 5days age of baby girl,we consult doctor for normal check up,they take the blood sample in that report jaundice of 16.35 level is it necessary to treat with phototherapy kindly advise

A. The level is a bit on higher side and you need to give photo therapy to the baby. And also you can give daily early morning sun exposure to the baby which helps Take care to give proper breast feeding to maintain proper hydration in baby
