Q.
Hi I have 3 month old baby exclusively breastfeeding I feel too much of tired and lightheaded what to do for this ? I feel extremely tired.can I give my baby formula or cows milk ?

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please evaluate once yourself with your gynaecologist in person and ask for food supplements and vitamins. Also have more nutrients in diet and also have Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea as it is good for hormonal imbalances. Also you can give baby formula milk if breast milk is less.
