Q.

Hi, I have 2 month old twins. My milk supply is extremely low and my babies are not satisfied after feed, hence they mostly consume formula. I have started taking lactare tablets 2 days back and galact granules. Is there anything else I can do to increase the milk supply and how long do these medicines take to show results?

A. They can easily take time of 4 to 5 days to show you good results other than that you should of course make sure that you are having plenty of fluids and along with that also I’m going to tell you that you should go ahead with consuming high protein rich diet
