Q.
Hi, I have 10m old boy at home, recently my husband got affected by Corona with mild symptoms and got recovered and returned home. Now he is staying in home quarantine. What precautions has to be taken, since we all are living in same house with my husband quarantining himself in a room.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. the baby should be handled with utmost safety measures by following all the covid protocol you should use hand sanitizer and mask compulsorily while handling baby e as well as good hygiene maintainedsymptoms could be any like loose motions vomiting fever cough cold loss of appgetite irritability so if there is any h/co contact with covid positive patient consult with your doctor and get it examined

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
Maintain at least 1 meter (3 feet) distance between yourself and other people, particularly those who are coughing, sneezing and have a fever.
Wear cloth face coverings in public settings
