Q.

Hi I have 1.8 yrs old daughter she fell down from stool around 4.30 today evening. she had small lump in her back head .. I put ice pack. lump went.. she has motion sickness regulary whenever we travel in car she will vomit. today also she vomited. whether I should worry or not? is that motion sickness vomit ?

A. wait and watch. the problem of motion sickness usually decreases with increasing age of the child but many times you may have to prevent motion sickness by travelling less during the initial phase of life you can give syrup ondem that is vomiting medicine one hour before travelling which will help in decreasing the problemd other motion sickness medicines are usually given after consulting doctor

A. What are you travelling that your child vomited that you are thinking it could be motion sickness because if you’re travelling in your child generally suffers with motion sickness and then vomited then it is justified but if your child generally vomited out of nowhere then it would be a matter of concern because your child got hurt so please get it checked with your doctor
