Hi I had c sec this is 7th month I had period last month may8 I didn’t get period this month till now taken pregnancy test 2 times but negative I was breastfeed and formula 2 times per day is it normal in first pregnancy I didn’t faced this problem is it normal?

A. If you are breastfeeding your baby, your periods may not return for several months after childbirth. This is because the hormone that causes you to make milk, prolactin, also stops you from ovulating and having your period. If you are breastfeeding day and night, it can be up to a year before your period returns.
