#AskTheExpert hi, I got miscarriage in last year of March in pregnancy month of 7th due to hypertension.now my BP is normal but sum times my body swell like balloon.even I am 73kgs.so,can I plan for pregnancy again now or any suggestions for weight reduce and how can I control my hypertension in food habits.plzz suggest.

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. restrict salt intake avid stress. get your self evaluated by the doctor in person. Its important in this case. avoid home remedies in this case make sure you are comfortable and well cared. have a nice day
