hi I got 20 ml milk by using hand but I am not getting any milk using manual pump .is there any reason behind this??

Hello ma’am Maybe you’re not having too much of it to be expressed with the help of a breast pump because breast pump is otherwise very much effective than manual pumping also so maybe the flow of milk and the amount of milk that you are making is comparatively less which is why this is happening
