Hi.. I give dates to my 10 month old boy two times for a week is it ok.... Plz tell me is dates heat....

you can give anything to your child except cow milk and honey.
try to give everything in form of purees.
prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with

Dates are 'heart healthy' and quite nutritious because of which they can be introduced in an infant's diet, as these nutrients help in baby's' growth. Dates add the essential nutrients required for a baby's growth that milk alone may not be able to provide.
